difference between mcx-client-app.py in captured picture and from git version

Now, i am going to test mcx-client-app-template. i was finished fundamental test successfully.
before getting started to test, I found something difference such a mcxclientappconfiguration and mcxclientappoptions between documentation and git file.
I want to know both versions are possible to use or not. if not, which version is latest and correct version?

Please check of them and then inform me.

It should work both ways. One important thing to remember is that you also need a certificate to connect this should also be in the template and in the examples on our docs.
