Communication confirmed, but Motorcortex Desk (Web Interface) is not loading

Hello,

I am writing to request assistance regarding a connection issue with the Motorcortex Desk.

I have successfully completed the following steps:

Browser Certificate Installation: All certificates have been properly installed in the browser.

Controller Communication: I have confirmed that the communication with the controller is working correctly (Ping and SSH are successful).

However, despite these successful steps, I am unable to connect to the Desk (Homepage/Dashboard) interface. When I try to access the URL, the page does not load or the connection is refused.

Current Setup:

Host OS: Ubuntu 22.04

Target IP: 192.168.2.100

Communication Type: WSS (TLS enabled)

Could you please advise if there are any additional configurations needed or if I should check specific logs to identify why the Desk is not connecting?

Hi jsh,

You can only connect to desk, if an application is running on your system.

Step 1. Did you deploy an application?

Step 2. Note if you do not have a license, the application crashes after 30 min,
Check the status:

if not running, start the application:
https://docs.motorcortex.io/docs/software-maintenance/start-stop-restart/#start

you should be able to connect the desk if the application is running.
