Desk , Grid Login trouble

I couldn't clarify to condition to login DESK and GRID.
Sometimes it logins, sometimes it didn't. 10 minutes ago , i couldn't login any tools of Motorcortex via web browser.
There was message that looks meaning not secured continuously, so...i delete existed certificae on webbrowser firefox. then reinstall cert file.
then i got Error loading grid files on 192.168.2.100/list when i typed 192.168.2.100 on webbrowser address.

Please let me know the solution for this case and what's the sequence of GRID and Desk tool login if there are.

Did you try using "google chrome" instead of "Firefox"?
Because this error occurs sometimes, it could also be that you license is invalid, which means you application only runs for 30min.

Once this happens did you check if the application is running?
