I am currently attempting to set up a connection via Motorcortex IPC for the first time.
I have followed the official documentation closely, but I’m running into an issue where the ECAT Slaves do not seem to be communicating correctly within the Desk environment.
Here are the details of my setup:
Photo 1: This is my config.json file. I have set the mode to "Production" and successfully performed a Deploy.
Photo 2: This shows the result after performing an ECAT fetch. The slaves are detected correctly, and running a Slave Scan returns the same results.
Photo 3: This is a screenshot of my Desk window. As you can see, the data for all ECAT Slaves is being displayed as 0.
Despite following the steps in the documentation, the slave data remains at 0 regardless of the configuration. If the slaves are being scanned and recognized correctly in the ECAT section, why is the data not being synchronized or updated in the Desk?
Any insights or suggestions on what I might be missing would be greatly appreciated.
