Operating 6 axis with generic app. Axis1 and Axis2 move half the angle given. for example, giving 90 degrees through motorcortex will move the motor physically by 45 degrees, although, in motorcortex it will show 90 degrees only.

Configuration and all other parameters are set same to same for all axis from motorcortex as well as OBLAC box

We confirmed moving the axis with synapticon's OBLAC box and it's working as expected.

    Could you check if the encoder values are correct for axis 1 and 2, please compare this with encoder settings in OBLAC. There could be a factor 2 difference in it.

    Could you also share a screenshot from the generic app axis settings and encoder settings OBLAC axis 1 and 2.

    checked with oblac and motorcortex both. did some manual calculations also and encoder values seem correct.

    Ok, in order to troubleshoot could you share the configuration file (fetch current configuration to the portal) or share screenshot from axis settings tab.

      philippeH reopening this issue. observed the same behaviour in the simulation mode. so this problem is not related to the drive. What other parameters affects this ?

      Could you share screenshot from generic app axis settings also encoder settings in OBLAC?
      What this effects is:
      In axis settings window:

      • Set Encoder Value.
        • Ticks per rev. -> set to encoder resolution.
      • Don't change gain num and den
      • Gearbox
        Only define gearbox ratio, when using single encoder. When using dual encoder synapticon integrated this gearbox ratio in the drives.

      Are you using the Integrated Synapticon Encoders, or which kind off encoders are you using?
