Sometimes motor encoder gets into BisErrBit 0x7304 which can only be cleared after connecting to OBLAC box and acknowledging encoder error from there.
I suppose this is some kind of hard fault. This is not able to get cleared from motorcortex (normal fault reset of oblac dosent works either).
Is there a way to clear this error manually or through motorcortex ?
Also, when connecting ethernet wire from OBLAC box back to controller running motorcortex shows bus error. After restarting the controller, the error is gone though.
The acknowledge function in Motorcortex only works if all errors on the drive are solved.
Please first resolve the error (configure encoder correctly) before continuing with Motorcortex.
You configured the drive via ECAT-tool.
If the configured drive is not in the etherCAT bus, you get a bus error meaning not all the configured etherCAT devices are in the etherCAT bus.
This is the case when you unplug the drive from motorcortex to oblac. Once you plug the drive back to motorcortex and press acknowledge the bus error should be resolved.
bus error is there even after connecting back the cable and acknowledging. restarting the whole controller solves this. will get logs next time.
