philippeH no the drive I am using is a CapitanXCR as it is written in the title, in my first message I am mentioning another post that I found on the forum that had a similar problem and I tried to use the help from that post but it didn't work for me.
I was able to control the motor using the control word, operation mode and the set-points on the desk tool so the drive is working with Motorcortex, the error I get might be from the GUI.
